The Great Concealer Challenge!!!

Okay, a story:

About two years ago, I went on a mad--I mean, mad birthday shopping spree while I was in college in Richmond. I decided to go to to Clinique, one of my favorite makeup brands, to see what they had. The sales clerk was really nice (despite the red lipstick on her teeth), and then I asked her about concealers. I had some acne scarring that I wanted to cover up. Before I could tell her this, she said, "Oh, are you getting this for your undereye circles?" I knew she didn't mean it, but it definitely made me more insecure. I lied and told her yes and pretended I wasn't hurt. Thing is, I've had these ridiculous undereye circles since I was literally a baby, so it's become something that I didn't even try to cover up. Then, when I realized that people were actually looking at them and it was obviously a distraction made me obsessed with them. It was bad enough that I had this horrible acne to deal with, and now I had to cover my undereye circles, too.

So for years now, I've been searching for that perfect concealer. It's harder to find than you think--too light and you look ashy, too dark and it's not offering the proper coverage, too oily and it separates, not oily enough and it can't blend. I decided to have a concealer challenge where I wear a different concealer and review it! Hopefully for you all this will take some of the guesswork out of trying to find the concealer. You also have to realize that there are different concealers for different things (which is why Little Miss Lipstick-In-Her-Teeth was trying to figure out what I needed it for).
